What is disc?






In 1928, the creator of DISC - Psychologist Dr William Moulton Marston - published the book: "The Emotions of Normal People". Developing what we know and use today as the DISC Personality System.


He was interested in using practical explanations to help people understand and manage their experiences and relationships, which he categorised in to four primary types.


It has a huge number of applications including: Self-awareness, team-building, leadership development, sales training and recruitment.
